How it’s scored

Inspired by Turing’s original question: after five minutes of questioning, how often would an average interrogator identify the machine? Five parts, 20 points each. Scores are indicative.

Specificity: Lived, concrete detail instead of generic answers.
Consistency: One stable persona: no contradictions or identity flips.
Human texture: Natural rhythm, informality, humour, plausible mistakes.
Directness: Answers what was asked, including “are you a machine?”
Non-robotic tells: No “As an AI…”, boilerplate, bullet lists or instant perfect sums.

Upgrades follow the paper’s child machine idea: improve a machine by education (reward, punishment, a random element, rules of conduct), not by hand-programming. Full method and limits
